Pathetic Experience And Poor Service
In general: I was referred by my cousin. We stayed together again at Goa facility however service was very poor. Welcome drink was not offered at reception. On requesting for it from the room, we were told it's chargeable in the room service. Despite of all this, they served it in one room and rest two rooms were unserved. On day one, while we were having lunch, staff told us that kitchen is closed and they dont have parathas. They can serve rice but not daal. Not sure, what was wrong. In the restaurant we had 3 meals where everytime there was confusion and wrong dish served. Apart from SORRY didn't realise staff's courtesy. Disco, never started at 8:30 PM, we waited till 9 PM and we were just kept waiting. Best of our research we found this as only Pure Veg Resort nearby and expectations were too hight. I must say actual experience was below average. While booking we were so excited that we didn't negotiate single penny. In fact I was so underwhelmed when Rs.220 discount offered on booking amount of Rs. 21k.
